Knife-Weilding Man Taken Down by Bean Bags, Why Aren’t They Used More Often?

Some cheesehead in Wisconsin wouldn’t put down his knife, so the po-po simply zapped him with some bean bags and then unleashed their dog on him. Clean and efficient with no blood spilled. Boom. So, why aren’t bean bags used more often?

PS- I once got hit in the leg by a stray wooden bullet on High Street in Columbus after an OSO-Michigan game. Hurt like a mofo.
