The Kakapo is a parrot. It likes to sit on your shoulder and eat crackers. It’s a New Zealand bird, primarily alive because of the lack of native mammal predators on the island. And here’s the best part – The Kakapo smells really weird, it’s sort of fat, it’s nocturnal, and it barks like a dog. Seriously, it barks like a dog. That’s whacked, man. Anywho, Kakapo.
