Cool Animal of the Day: Flying Fish

Check out that Flying fish in the video down at the bottom. Just soaring like a boss over the waves. Flying Fish can make powerful, self-propelled leaps out of water into air where their long, wing-like fins enable flight for hundreds of yards. This uncommon ability is a natural defense mechanism to evade predators. Hey, I’m not sure a fish flying is “natural” but whatevs. Flying Fish are badass. Anyhoo, Flying Fish.
