Abandoned Places Are Endlessly Fascinating, Thought Provoking

I was talking to a friend recently about my fascination with abandoned places. I’ve alway been interested in them. Even as a little kid I’d stare at old farmhouses, trees growing up around and through them, forgotten in the mists of time. At one time these places were built with a pupose and possibly love, and for whatever reason they were just left to rot, untouched and unsaved. I always wondered why that happened.
